This wine is very rare and much sought after. There are 295 acres of Aloxe-Corton red appellation and only 2.1/2 acre of white Aloxe-Corton. This Domaine has the chance to be one of the 4 producers to own a parcel of this great white wine.
This Aloxe-Corton white has aromas of orange blossoms and cinnamon. Its texture is creamy and unctuous but remains fresh and pure with notes of mango and apricot on the palate. Best enjoyed with fish, crab but also with white meats.
